I’m seeing an error screen — what should I do?
First, go back to the quiz page and try again. If you received this error while on the results page, press the button below and it will take you back. If the page is stuck, refresh your browser once and re-submit your answers. If you keep seeing the error, take a screenshot and contact us — we can quickly help you complete the quote.
Why did this happen?
Most commonly it’s a timeout (for example, the page was left open for a while), a temporary connection issue, or the request was blocked by caching/ad-blockers. Revisiting the quiz page usually fixes it straight away.
Will I lose my answers?
If the error was caused by a timeout, you may need to re-enter a few answers. If you’ve already submitted and it failed to load, just re-run the quiz page — it won’t cause any issues. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll pick up where you left off.
How do I try again successfully?
Go back to the quiz page and submit again. If it still fails: (1) try an incognito/private window, (2) temporarily disable ad-blockers for this site, (3) switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi (or vice versa), (4) try a different browser/device.
It keeps happening — how do I get help?
Call or email us and we’ll sort it quickly. If possible, include: what device/browser you’re using, roughly what step you were on, and a screenshot of the error. That’s usually enough for us to diagnose it immediately.
Can you still quote me without the quiz?
Yes — if you’d rather not re-run it, call us or email us your basics (boiler type, number of bathrooms and radiators, where the boiler is located, and whether you want it moved). We’ll give you a recommendation and confirm any details needed for an accurate price.
