What happens next?
We’ll review your details, double-check the install type, and then contact you to confirm everything and book the next step (usually a quick survey/visit if needed) before anything is scheduled.
Is this a fixed price, or can it change?
It’s a fixed quote based on the answers you gave. It only changes if the on-site checks show something materially different (e.g. non-standard flue route, gas pipe upgrade needed, awkward access). If that happens, we’ll explain it and agree any change with you before work starts.
How long is my quote valid for?
Your quote is valid for 30 days. After that, we can still honour it in most cases, but we may need to refresh it if costs or availability have changed.
Do I need a home survey?
Often yes — it’s the fastest way to guarantee the “fixed” part. The checks are straightforward: flue route, condensate, gas pipe sizing, electrics, water pressure, boiler location, and access.
What’s included in a “standard” fixed boiler install?
Typically: removal of the old boiler, supply and fit of the new boiler, standard flue components, basic system clean, commissioning, safety checks, and the relevant installation paperwork/certification. Any extras beyond “standard” are flagged clearly.
Can I switch to a different boiler, kW size, or controls?
Yes. If you want a different model, output (kW), or thermostat/control package, we’ll re-price it and send you updated options so you can choose confidently.
